BCO North Talk & Tour: West Village

The BCO North Committee invites you to the latest instalment of their Talk & Tour series: West Village.

The creative design at West Village encourages collaboration and community, creating an environment where people and businesses can truly thrive. A hub of activity, it’s home to dynamic spaces where start-ups mingle with established businesses, fostering creativity and innovation in an atmosphere that inspires fresh ideas. Complementing its vibrant energy, West Village also provides inclusive, informal spaces for quiet reflection, helping busy minds stay calm and focused.

As a developer, Bruntwood SciTech has always responded directly to what companies and their employees expect from a modern workspace. With this as their rationale for the project, West Village has become Bruntwood SciTech’s most innovatively evolved workspace to date. The interiors have been transformed to bring the outside in and the inside out, creating a brand new campus where community flourishes with innovation at its core.

The brief was to create a modern, customer experience-led, multi-functional and flexible series of spaces that respond to Bruntwood SciTech’s key principles for a Pioneer building. These principles are: Wellbeing, Biophilia, Technology, Sustainability, Amenity and Art. In addition, the goal was to achieve a Net Zero (operational) outcome for the project, which ultimately achieved an A EPC rating.

This event will also mark the launch of the BCO Regional Awards submissions for 2025, offering attendees insight into what makes a standout entry.
