BCO Scotland: Launch of the 2026 BCO Awards and Tour of Quartermile One

The British Council for Offices (BCO) in Scotland is pleased to extend an invitation to both members and non-members for the launch of its 2026 Awards. This event is being held in collaboration with Quartermile One, a refurbished Grade A property recently acquired by KZN Real Estate.

Guests will be invited to learn more about the benefits and process of entering and supporting the BCO Awards, widely regarded as the UK’s most prestigious event for the commercial property sector.

There will also be the opportunity to find out more about next year’s ‘Festival of Enlightenment’, when the renowned, globally recognised BCO Annual Conference will take place in Scotland’s capital.

Quartermile One, a newly refurbished office building, will host the launch of the Awards. This prestigious office boasts 125,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space, situated at the heart of Quartermile’s vibrant mixed-use district. Guests will have the exclusive opportunity to tour Skyscanner’s new fit-out, as well as explore the available 20,000 sq. ft. on the 4th floor. Breakfast will be provided, and SomethingBrewed, a professional barista service, will be on hand to serve artisan coffee to all attendees.
