BCO South West Talk & Tour: 3 Rivergate
BCO South West and Wales are hosting a tour of the Landlord’s substantial Cat A refurbishment of 3 Rivergate, Bristol alongside the 15,124 sqft Cat B Fit Out of part 5th and 6th floors by one of the new tenants AECOM.
The refurbishment project involved the remodelling of the whole building, designed by AWW Architects, Method Consulting Engineers and Skeletal Structural Engineers to the highest specification and with sustainability at its heart.
AECOM’s fit out has a focus on flexibility and sustainability and they will kindly be hosting the visit.
