The low carbon refurbishment designed by AWW has completely reimagined this landmark 5 storey office building and public piazza to provide exceptional open plan, flexible, waterside workspace.

The future-oriented design, delivers on sustainability, having preserved much of the existing structure, maximises productivity and offers exceptional facilities for the well-being of its occupants. The stunning new atrium and repositioned reception serve as a focal point in enhancing the user experience and making an effortless transition from outside to in.

AWW’s interior fit out introduces a refined and sophisticated material palette incorporating natural timbers, metal work, feature tiles, and custom lighting installation. The design has peeled back the layers of existing finishes to reveal and celebrate the original cast concrete structure.
