BCO South West Talk & Tour: Welcome Building

Please join us for a building tour of Welcome Building. This is an ambitious 207,000 sq ft, nine-storey commercial building which has set new standards for workplace sustainability, wellbeing and community in Bristol. Delivered in a joint venture between EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Trammell Crow Company who shared a vision to deliver a people-centric, high quality, flexible and future-proof space to meet the requirements of discerning modern occupiers. The building was constructed by Wates and designed by architects Darling Associates, with building services and sustainability by Hoare Lea and structural engineering by MNP.

This exceptional project delivers exceptional five at heart cycling facilities and an impressive reception, with café, wellness space and flexible use space all contributing toward the excellent amenity offering. As well as targeting BREEAM Outstanding, it has already achieved an EPC A rating and Design For Performance NABERS UK target rating of 5 stars for building efficiency.

The building is one of the first in Bristol to target WELL Platinum certification for its outstanding commitment to wellbeing and user experience. High ceilings, light and airy design, ample flow of natural light, air quality monitoring with demand control ventilation, and optimum acoustic performance and accessible facilities all contribute to promoting health and wellbeing.
