People are at the heart of every workplace and organisation. This session looks at the common influences people’s behaviour and expectations, working culture and technology play on the design and occupation of future workplaces. The evolution of technology and social media is constantly enhancing our ability to connect and engage with colleagues and external audiences. Future office design needs to enable and capture this requirement through flexibility, variety and choice of working environment. The panel have been specifically selected to initiate the debate of how the design of workplace could be re-cast to better support new working patterns, enhance communication and collaboration whilst achieving organisational drivers. |
