The BCO’s mission is to provide thought leadership and best practice in all issues related to the creation and use of office space – through its research, awards and conference and extensive events programme.
Thanks to our members, the BCO delivers industry-leading projects, a regional and national awards programme and a library of research reports. Their efforts mean that, year after year, office space across the country has increased in both quality and value. HOW TO JOIN
The BCO has a range of membership categories. No matter your location, your career stage or the size of your business, you can benefit from membership.
The fee you pay to be a member varies depending on whether you are the first person to join from your organisation and where you are located. A lower fee applies to SMEs and occupiers, as well as organisations such as educational institutions, charities and government.
Our discounted NextGen membership is aimed at supporting the development of the younger generations. Students undertaking a relevant course are able to benefit from free membership.
