Following a seminar on 5 March 2020, the British Council for Offices (BCO) Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) Group has put together a Briefing Note, which discusses two specific questions:

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a collection of 17 goals set out by the United Nations with the aim to address economic, social, environmental and governance issues and to provide a blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. Successful implementation requires all sectors including real estate to champion these.
